The default: one address, one URL

var article = db.CreateAndInsert<IArticle>(a => a.Name = "Hello world");
db.UpdateAddress(article.Id, "hello-world");

db.GetUrl(article);                    // "/hello-world"

A request for /hello-world now reaches the article (chapter 7). With nothing configured:

every page answers at /{address};
an address is unique across the site, so a second hello-world is saved as hello-world-2;
a page without an address has no readable URL, and GetUrl gives it an id-based one under /assets/;
/ addresses nothing until the site has a home page (below).
