Explicit routes win. The content routes are catch-alls on {**url}, the lowest precedence, so
app.MapGet("/search", …) answers /search even when a page has the address search.
Static files come first when UseStaticFiles() runs before UseRouting(). A request for
/css/site.css then never asks the database.
Everything else falls through to the host's other routes, MapFallback, or a 404.
While the database opens, Relatude.DB answers every request with a progress page.
