Filtering what gets included

Each of these methods also takes a filter on the related nodes. The filter applies before top, and it never changes the main result, only what is loaded:

               .Where(v => v.CountryCode == "NO")
               .Include(v => v.Events, e => e.StartsUtc > DateTime.UtcNow, top: 10)   // upcoming only
               .Execute();

Every venue in NO comes back, including those with no upcoming events.
